SeekBone
Free road trip planner for Europe — web and Android, no registration.
SeekBone plans a road trip across Europe — a long weekend in Croatia or two months down to Sicily. 46,000+ verified places on the map, tolls counted from official 2026 rates, a wallet that knows what the trip has cost so far, a red SOS button for the day it goes wrong, and a journal that turns itself into a travelogue. One app instead of five and a notebook in the glovebox. It works with no signal, and your photos, journal and health cards never leave your phone: no ads, no data selling, no accounts.
Note: this page is in English, the app interface is still mostly Czech — the English translation is being finished right now.

No promises — these are real numbers from the data already in the app.
Mapped deepest is Italy — over 24 000 places with a curated taxonomy; Austria, Greece, Croatia, Germany and Czechia are being pulled up to the same depth.
The backbone comes from local databases and official lists, not just from Google. Every place carries the date it was last verified.
Four things you won't find in an ordinary map or navigation app.
How it helps: When something happens abroad and the language fails you, you have a ready message and medical details in one tap — and even a lost dog finds its way home.
The permanent red button copies your GPS location and builds a ready-made message in the local language and English for emergency services or a tow.
Send it via WhatsApp or SMS, or quickly call 112, 118, 113 and 116.

Blood type, allergies, medication, diagnoses, insurance and emergency contacts — for every crew member and for the dog. A paramedic reads them from the QR even with no signal.
Sensitive fields stay with you — you publish only the ones you want. The sample below is empty.

Passport, ID card, driving licence and insurance card — photograph or upload them and they're saved only on your device, offline.
For an ID card and vehicle registration the app fills in the profile from the photo (OCR), understanding the machine-readable zone and the EU codes on the registration. The document is stored nowhere — it's processed once, on the phone.

How it helps: Instead of hours of googling, an experienced guide proposes a route, works out when to get up in the morning, and tells the story right there at the monument.
Type or speak where you want to go and what interests you. From the database the assistant picks places as cards you tap to build a route.
No digging through thousands of places — the guide understands plain language.

On first launch the app walks you through every feature step by step — it highlights the specific button and explains what it does.
46 steps from the list and map to the journal, route export and settings.

How it helps: A city walking tour that records itself — and you never stand on a corner wondering which street the car was on.
How it helps: You know in advance how much the trip will cost, a toll gate won't surprise you on the motorway, and the app adapts whenever you change something.
Icon filters, the To car and Favourites groups, Google photos and ratings right on the card. Tap the heart to mark what interests you.

Thousands of places in tidy clusters, colour layers (beaches, towns, nature) and the whole route in one view. Tap a region and you see only what lies within it.

The planning map shows fuel stations along the whole journey with current prices at individual stations and regional averages — you know in advance where to fill up cheapest.
Plus toll gates, paid sections and a toll estimate for a taller car with a roof box.

Kilometres, net drive time, fuel consumption and fuel cost in euros and Czech crowns. A warning about missing motorway stickers with a link to the official e-shop.
Export the route to Mapy.cz, Google or GPX.

Entry fee, parking, opening hours day by day, dog rules, physical difficulty and when to avoid the peak — verified and current.

What to sort before departure — vignettes, insurance, documents, Euro-key, the dog. Tick items off, add your own, and watch your progress.

How it helps: The little things you'd otherwise juggle across five apps and in your head are in one place — and the app warns you before they become a problem.
A calculator and currency converter in one: CZK, EUR, USD, PLN, HUF, CHF, GBP and the currencies of countries on your route, with current Czech National Bank rates.
Type an amount in any currency and the rest convert. Works without signal too.

A colour pie by category, a budget bar and stats for every crew member. Crowns and euros side by side. After you've paid for parking the app asks for the price and logs it for you.

For coastal regions you see the bathing-quality rating, live sea temperature and who the beach suits — families, snorkelling, or dogs out of season.
You know in advance where the water will be clean and pleasantly warm.

The compass shows the nearest destination, town and city in the direction you're heading, plus speed, altitude and GPS accuracy.
Next to it, a spirit level to level the car for sleeping — all in the Tools section.

Current weather right where you are, and a 7-day forecast with temperatures and chance of rain. Plus official MeteoAlarm alerts as a notification with sound.

The Radar (rain) layer plays an animation of rainfall for the last ~2 hours (in 10-minute steps) plus a forecast ahead right on the route map — with the time of each frame and a pause/play button you see where the storm is moving.
No separate weather app — radar, clouds, temperatures, wind and the sea live under one icon, right where you plan.

How it helps: A photo and a few words a day, and you drive home with the album already made — every picture carrying the place it was taken.
A few words a day at each place, with ratings and photos. From the journal the app assembles one nice travelogue to read, print or save as PDF — the AI can also rewrite an entry in a different tone.

Mandatory equipment, documents, sleeping in the car and where it's legal, tolls and vignettes, emission zones, dog rules. With a verification date — you know how fresh the information is.

Hundreds of phrases sorted by situation, with pronunciation and a Read button that plays the phrase in the local language. Add your own phrases.
